By registering for the Program, you (the "Registrant") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from registering for or attending the Program.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Registrants understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented in the Program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Company. Registrants agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from the Program materials without express written permission from the Company. Unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited, and the Company will pursue legal action and full damages for any violations to protect its rights.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Program, Registrants acknowledge and agree to be subject to the Company's Privacy Policy.

Any personal information shared with the Company or its employees and/or owners is kept private. Neither your name nor any details about you are sold or shared with any other company or agency. Occasionally, we may contact you to make you aware of upcoming products or specials, but we respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and request not to receive them.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
As stated on the Company's websites and marketing materials, Registrants are guaranteed 100% satisfaction with the Program if they attend the entire program. Satisfaction is defined as the Registrant's belief that the Company is delivering on what was promised in promoting the Program. If Registrants are not satisfied within 5 days of the course starting and notify the Company representatives via email or call, the Company will refund 50% of their tuition to the Program. Note: A guarantee represents a promise about the quality of services delivered; if a Registrant has never experienced the services (i.e., does not attend the Program), the guarantee obviously does not apply.

Review and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Registrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved via non-binding mediation in the State of California, and, if mediation is unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in the State of California according to the policies set forth by California Arbitration. If any of these Terms are found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provisions will be considered severable from the remaining Terms and will not affect their validity and enforceability.
